1arrange chips on plates
2coarsely chop tomatoes and white onion mix in bowl
3add black beans, garlic, olive oil, parsley, cilantro, salt and pepper to bowl with tomatoes and onion
4mix all ingredients to obtain a thorough mixture, salt to taste.
5drain off excess liquids from mixture
6ladel out fresh salsa onto tortilla chips and enjoy.
