asparagus spears, peeled and well trimmed.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a baking pan with oil.

Clean asparagus by cutting off the fiberus ends and peeling the skin off the bottom half of the spear.

Wisk egg. Set up a breading station by placing the flour, egg, and sesame seeds in their own wide shallow bowl.

Dip the bottome 3/4 of the asparagus in the flour, then egg mixture, then sesame seeds. Evenly arrange on the baking sheet.

Bake until the sesame seeds are golden brown.
