eggs, beaten

Fry bacon crisp and drain.

Measure bacon drippings. Return 1/2 cup of bacon drippings to fry pan.

Heat over medium high heat. Add onions, celery, and mushrooms. Saute until tender.

Reduce heat to medium low and add rice. Cook for 5 minutes or until warmed through out.

Add soy sauce. Stir well.

Add beaten egg. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring occassionally.

Crumble bacon over rice mixture and serve warm.
