Steps
Sequence Step
1Fry bacon crisp and drain.
2Measure bacon drippings. Return 1/2 cup of bacon drippings to fry pan.
3Heat over medium high heat. Add onions, celery, and mushrooms. Saute until tender.
4Reduce heat to medium low and add rice. Cook for 5 minutes or until warmed through out.
5Add soy sauce. Stir well.
6Add beaten egg. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring occassionally.
7Crumble bacon over rice mixture and serve warm.
