Ingredients

cupbutter, softened

small (6" to 6-7/8" long)ripe bananas (mashed well)

cupgranulated sugar

cup, choppedpecans or walnuts
Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2Grease and flour a loaf pan.
3In a blender, combine eggs, butter, bananas, and sugar.
4In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cream of tartar.
5Pour moist mixture over dry mixture.
6Mix well. Add nuts.
7Pour into loaf pan and bake in oven for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
8Cool for 10 minutes.
9Turn out onto wire rack and completely cool.
10Serve with butter or alone.
