quarter the potatoes and place in cast iron skillet. Add butter and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add garlic and parsley. Saute another 2-3 minutes. Deglaze with one Jigger of Jack Daniels and place in 425 degree oven. Stir once halfway through. Cook 40 minutes or until tender.
