In a samll pot over medium heat, combine 1 cup of water, 2 1/2tbsp salt, and 2 tbsp of vegetable oil.

Bring to a boil and remove form heat.

Stir in flour until mixture forms a ball.

Heat oil for frying in pan at 375F. (wait until bubbles begin to form on the oil.)

Pipe dough though pastery bag and fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

Combine in a seperate bowl, 1 1/2 cup of sugar and 3 tsp of ground cinnamon.

Mix churros and mixture and lay out to enjoy. (Make sure that the churros are dry form the oil first.)
