saute onion, add beans and chicken.

add a couple ladles of enchilada sauce to mixture

break up tortillas, layer in dish.

add 1/2 chicken/bean mixture, cover in sauce and cheese.

add layer tortillas, more chicken, cheese and sauce. Top with final layer of tortillas, cheese, and sauce.
