1boil chicken breasts in water with salt and pepper. begin boiling water in another pot for macaroni.
1boil chicken breasts in water with salt and pepper until cooked through and remove from water. once chicken has cooled, cut into bite size pieces. begin boiling water in another pot for macaroni. once water comes to boil, add macaroni and cook until tender (drain).
2saute onions, celery, and green peppers in large skillet (sprayed with non-fat cooking spray). once veggies are tender, add can of tomato puree and worcestershire sauce, stir.
3add olives, mushrooms, and cooked chicken pieces to sauce and let simmer until macaroni is through cooking.
4add macaroni to sauce and stir until macaroni is completely covered in sauce (add chicken brother or water if necessary to keep combination moist).
5pour macaroni and sauce into baking dish and top with cheese. bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and contents are bubbling slightly at the bottom of the dish (usually about 10-15 minutes).
