Recipe Description I love meatballs, they are so versitle. I like to make them little, so that they can be incorporated into soups and pasta dishes. After I make them, I freeze them separatly then place into a container in the freezer, they're greate to have on hand for those hurried week night dinners.

1beat eggs, stir together with spices and bread crumbs, add ground chicken and mix throughly.
2form into small 1/2 or less meatball.
3heat skillet on stove, add 1 tablespoon olive oil, swirl in pan, add meatballs, turn over to brown all sides. You can also swirl the pan around to roll the meatballs to evenly brown them.
4Add to your favorite dish.
