Saute mushrooms and onion with a bit of garlic, in 1/2 c. butter. Add broth, lentils, both rices and cook until tender. Mix in cheese and sour cream. Pour into greased 8 x 8 pans. Melt 1 cup butter. Add crushed soda crackers. Top all casseroles. Bake at 350 40 - 50 mint.
