Recipe Description
roast vegetables, with olive oil, v8 juice, and spices (no salt). I use pepper flakes and ms Dash,in oven 325. Add frozen chicken on top for last 30 minutes, juice from frozen chicken adds to broth. Check chicken for safe temp and serve. Delicious
