Bring the water to a boil, remove from heat and stir in raisins and cranberries. Let stand 10 minutes and drain.

Stir together mayo, yogurt, Splenda, lemon zest and juice in a large bowl.

Stir in apples, celery, cranberries and raisins. Cover and chill.

Sprinkle mixture with becans just before serving.
