- grind/blend all dry items in food processor.
- Slowly add wet items while constantly mixing
(*add Almond Butter last)
- put into glass dish and press down very firm by rolling a cup up and down the filling in the dish
- press in loose corners using a spoon
- leave to set in the fridge for 5hrs
- Cut into bars and wrap in cellofane or place into seperate zip bags for storage (chilled)
