Recipe Description I have been chasing a great tasing guava cake recipe for years. Turns out I had to come up with my own.

Guava Cake
Ingredients

cup (8 fl oz)Agave syrup

teaspoonfood coloring, red etc.

cupskim milk
Steps
Sequence Step
1Combine all the dry ingredients, sift and set aside. (Dry ingredients: GF Flour, Almond Flour, Flax Seed Flour, Salt and Baking Powder)
2Cream butter and agave together than Combine the rest of the ingredients: rum extract, eggs, guava, milk and a tiny bit of red food coloring. (For guava, I use Goya Guava Marmalade in the can. Its already smoothe and easy to work with).
3Mix Dry and Wet Ingredients.
4Bake in Preheated oven at 300 degrees.
5Substitute Conversions 1 1/2 c Sugar instead of Agave. 2 cups of Flour instead of Gluten Free Flour, Almond Flour and Flax Seed Flour. Bake at 350 degrees at 23 - 30 minutes, instead of 300 degrees.
