Mix shortening, 3/4 cup brown sugar, egg and sour cream.

Sift dry ingredients and add to step 1.

Fold in rhubarb.

Spread into two 8 x 8 greased pans.

Mix 1/2 cup brown sugar, melted tablespoon of butter, cinnamon and walnuts and sprinkle on top of batter in each pan.

Bake 350 for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
