packages (10 oz)Spinach, raw

cupsgreen chile enchilada sauce (1 15oz can)

Sequence Step
1Chop onions.
2Pound chicken breasts flat.
3Grate cheese - or slice into rough julienne strips.
4Slice open whole green chiles so can be stuffed. Put in cheese and some chopped onions (onions to taste).
5Spray rectangular glass baking pan with oil mist. Place spinach in bottom of pan.
6Place stuffed chiles on flattened chicken breats and roll up. Place on spinach.
7Mix remaining onions (to taste) and chopped cilantro in green chile enchilada sauce and spoon over chicken and spinach.
8Cook at 375 degrees F for 20-30 minutes.
