Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice potatoes into greased 9x11 pan. Add drained, browned hamburger over potatoes. Mix soup and milk together; pour over potatoes and hamburger. Pour tomato sauce over and bake for 45 minutes. Add mozzarella cheese and bake until melted.
