1Mix vegan egg (chia and water) in a cup. Measure out remaining wet ingredients into a large bowl. Grind dry ingredients in food processor or blender. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, then put into parchment lined oiled loaf pan. Bake at 450, turning off oven after 20-minutes without opening oven door. Leave bread in oven to cool approximately 3-4 hours (e.g. bake it in the evening, turn off oven, and go to bed to let cool overnight)
