Steps
Sequence Step
1Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees
2Whisk together flours, baking powder, baking soda and salt
3In separate mixing bowl beat together softened butter and white sugars
4Mix in brown sugars, vanilla and almond extracts, and applesauce to butter and white sugars
5Stir in dry ingredients
6Fold in rolled oats and raisins
7Bake cookies for 10-12 minutes depending on oven, when tops are golden brown. Will continue to harden after removing from oven.
