Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees

Whisk together flours, baking powder, baking soda and salt

In separate mixing bowl beat together softened butter and white sugars

Mix in brown sugars, vanilla and almond extracts, and applesauce to butter and white sugars

Stir in dry ingredients

Fold in rolled oats and raisins

Bake cookies for 10-12 minutes depending on oven, when tops are golden brown. Will continue to harden after removing from oven.
