Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 350, and spray 8 inch square pan lightly with cooking spray. Combine all wet ingredients including vanilla in small bowl, mix. In seperate bowl combine flour, salt, and baking soda. Mix dry into wet ingredients, mix well. Stir in walnuts. Scrape batter into pan, smoothing out. Sprinkle cherries on top. Bake until set in the center, about 40 minutes. Cool well before cuttting.
