| 1 | Heat grapeseed oil, honey, and brown rice syrup in a small pot over stovetop until mixture is dissolved. Then add vanilla and almond extract. | 2 | Roast almonds in a small pan. | 3 | Combine dry ingredients together: oats, roasted almonds, coconut, wheat germ, flax seeds in a large bowl. | 4 | Pour wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and stir. | 5 | Spread oat mixture over a lightly greased cookie sheet pan. | 6 | Bake for 17 min. Stir every 7 minutes. | 7 | Let it cool for 15-20 minutes. Break into pieces and store in air tight container or bag. |
