| 1 | Sift flour, baking powder, sugar and salt together. Add butter and blend until it looks like meal. Fold in cranberries and buttermilk; mix only until blended - should be lumpy. Drop batter into 12 large muffin cups. Bake at 400F for 18 mintues or until tops are nicely browned. |
