1Good and simple salad.
2Chop cooked chicken into small pieces. Chop celery, green onion, walnuts. Add to chicken. Slice red grapes in half, add to chicken. Mix in 2 tablespoons fat free mayo. Chill for at least 30 minutes. Serve on a slice of whole wheat bread or crackers.
