1Bring quinoa, water, and almond milk to a boil; simmer covered for 15 minutes.
2Add blueberries, honey, and cinnamon; simmer additional 5 minutes. If quinoa looks dry before adding blueberries, moisten with more almond milk.
3Refrigerate for perfectly easy heatable next-day breakfast, or enjoy right away!
