1Combine buttermilk and chicken. Marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes. Drain
2Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
3Place cornflakes, paprika, sugar and salt in a food processor, process until cornflakes are finely chopped. Combine chicken and conflake mixture, tossing well to coat. Place chicken on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
4Bake for 15 minutes or until done.
