Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Lightly grease an 8x8" square baking dish, set aside.

In a small saucepan melt butter with honey over low heat, stirring until melted.

In a large bowl stir together oats, almonds, pumpkin seed, sunflower seeds and salt, Pour butter mixutre over oat mixture stirring until well combined.

On a large baking sheet, spread the granola evenly. Bake, stirring often to prevent burning until golden brown about 15 minutes. Mixture will crisp as it cools.

Cool granola in pan, stir in peanuts. Put granola back in mixing bowl to cool compeletely.

Combine the brown sugar, corn sryup and peanut butter in a small saucepan. Stir constantlh until the sugar is dissolved and mixture just coems to a boil. Romove from heat and pour over mixture over the granola, stirring to coat well. Cool slightly, stir in chocolate. Press into the prepared pan, cool and allow to firm up.

Turn out of pan. Cut in half, cut each half in 10 equal slices. Can be kept in an airtight container at room temperature for a week or so.
