1Preheat oven to 325
2Grease 13 x 9 inch pan with cooking spray
4put on plastic glove and mix wet and dry ingrediants by kneading
5Pick up mixture and place in baking pan and press down firmly into pan
6Cook for 22 minutes, remove from oven and let cool 9 minutes before cutting to serve.
7I wrap in plastic wrap to keep for a week''s worth of snacks/breakfast bars
