pounds, rawboneless, skinless chicken breasts

cans (16 fl oz)tomatoes canned, diced

Steps
Sequence Step
1Using a 12-inch nonstick pan, sautee onion, garlic and bell pepper in olive oil until vegetables are tender.
2Add chicken pieces to vegetables and continue to sautee until meat is cooked through.
3Add artichokes, white wine and tomatoes. Mix thoroughly.
4Stir in oregano, salt, pepper and smoked paprika.
5Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer for 15 minutes.
6Serve over pasta.
