Using a 12-inch nonstick pan, sautee onion, garlic and bell pepper in olive oil until vegetables are tender.

Add chicken pieces to vegetables and continue to sautee until meat is cooked through.

Add artichokes, white wine and tomatoes. Mix thoroughly.

Stir in oregano, salt, pepper and smoked paprika.

Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer for 15 minutes.

Serve over pasta.
