1make marinade.
2combine all ingredients but fish, cilantro, and red onion, in a food processor. pour over fish and let sit for 2 hours
3pull fish out and girll for 5 minutes. meanwhile cook marinade in a pot for at least 15 minutes to cook out any impurities. serve fish on plate with a small amount of cooked marinade over the top
