Beat eggbeaters, applesauce, oil, vanilla and sugar together in large bowl. Sift flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon into mix, blend well. Stir in zuccnini and nuts, pour into prepared pans.

Bake 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on rack for 20 minutes. Remove from pan and completely cool.
