Chop onion and cabbage

Place half the cabbage in a large roasting pan.

Spread beef/onion mixture, a can of tomato sauce, and barley.

Place rest of the cabbage on top and add can of tomato sauce, and lemon juice.

Spread about 1 cup water around the edges of the roasting pan.

Put in oven at 350 degrees for approx 90 minutes.
