Sequence Step
1Chop onion and cabbage
3Place half the cabbage in a large roasting pan.
4Spread beef/onion mixture, a can of tomato sauce, and barley.
5Place rest of the cabbage on top and add can of tomato sauce, and lemon juice.
6Spread about 1 cup water around the edges of the roasting pan.
7Put in oven at 350 degrees for approx 90 minutes.
