| 1 | Beat egg with heavy cream until slightly frothy. Season and pour into a slightly greased non-stick skillet. When mostly cooked, put mushrooms, onion and 1 slice of cheese in middle and fold over. Cover and let cook until cheese is melted and eggs are done. |
