Mix together nuts and seeds and roast in heavy pan over medium heat for 5 minutes

Transfer to bowl and add dried fruits and agave nector. Stir until well coated.

Turn onto a parchment lined cookie sheet and form into a rectangle. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 15 minutes.

Remove from oven and cool for 15 minutes. Cut into bars.

return to 325 degree oven for another 15 minutes.

Let cool completely. If desired, drizzle with chocoloate and let dry completely before eating.
