Spray 13x9 baking pan with cooking spray. In large bowl stir together the canned pumpkin and the cake mix. Batter will be very stiff. Mix in the other ingredients. Pour into baking pan and spread to edges.

Place into 350 degree preheated oven. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely. Chill in refrigerator at least 2 hours. Cut into 16 bars. Store in refrigerator. May reheat in microwave prior to serving.
