chop vegetables. first make curry gravy with ingredients of onions garlic, ginger, cook together and use lots of oil to keep from sticking. add spices and last add 1/2 tsp of tumeric and (cayenne a dash or to taste)when cooked add enough water to blend in food processor or blender to form paste. in another pan cook veggies in water til done add the paste to the veggies and cook/mix all together.
