1Brown sirloin chunks - ground beef - italian sausage and add to crock pot- Combine all veggies to crock pot Add seasonings to crock pot Cook on High for 2 hours - Adjust setting to low for the next 10 hours stir occassionally Serve in a bowl with some rice/ corn bread/ cinammon roll or by itself with some low fat mozzerella cheese and enjoy
