prepare garnishes. Remove seeds and dice red pepper, green pepper, and cucumber. Dice onion. Chop up eggs. For bread crumbs place pieces of bread in oven on broil when hardened remove from oven or you can use stale bread. Heat up olive oil and fry pieces of bread until golden.

Before serving put water in glass with ice let sit for 2 minutes. remove ice and stir in water to dilute. add garnishes and serve.
