frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed

Taco seasoning, -1 packet (one packet)

shredded cheddar cheese

Thaw frozen hash browns and place in bottom of 13x9 pan.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cook ground beef in skillet.

Mix together 1 packet taco seasoning (preferrably low sodium kind), 1 can fat free cream of mushroom soup, and cooked ground beef.

Spread beef mixture over hash browns. Cover and bake for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and spread cheese on top. Put back in oven until cheese melts.
