1Put raisins in a small bowl. Pour boiling water over them. cover for 10 minutes to soak. Drain water
2cutt bread crust off bread and cut into cubes. heat 2 tbsp of olive oil anf fry bread until golden brown.
3heat remaining oil and fry pine nuts gently. Add spinach and garlic to pan wilt spinach, add salt and pepper to taste. remove from pan put raisin and croutons on top
