Mix all ingredients.

Spray a pizza pan with Pam.

Spread mixture as evenly as possible, as thinly as possible, with no holes.

Bake at 450 degrees for 10-15 minutes, until dark brown around the edges and completely set in the middle

Top with your choice of toppings, then add "toppings" cheese mixture (below) on top. You may not use all of the mixture.

Broil until golden and bubbly, 5-10 minutes depending on your oven.

Let cool a few minutes. Enjoy! Leftovers may be frozen and thawed in the fridge, reheats well in microwave or oven.
