Mix all other ingedients, EXCEPT FOR CHEEDAR, in a blender or food processor until smooth.

Pour mix into mixing bowl.

Stir in bacon.

Stir in cheddar.

Scoop mixutre into a muffin tin that has been sprayed w/ non-stick cooking spray. (approx 1/3 cup per muffin cup)

Bake on 325 for 25 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
