Boil chicken, celery, onion, carrots. Pull out chicken and cut into peices. Spread out flour on counter, combine 1 cup all-purpose flour with 1 cup of self-rising flour and 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup water. Roll out and cut into dumplings. Add dumplings to broth, then add cream of chicken and mushroom soups. Stir and enjoy.
