Carrots, raw

green beans --chopped

Place four in large ziplock bag. Add beef, seal and shake to coat evenly.

Brown beef in margarine in 6 quart Dutch Oven over low heat.

Add water to beef, bring to boil.

Cover and simmer 30 minutes.

Add carrots, which have been peeled and sliced, to pan.

Add potatoes, which have been peeled and cubed, to pan. Add dash salt and pepper.

Cook over medium heat until carrots are almost tender, about 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add chopped green beans and cook until done, about 20 minutes more.
