Steps
Sequence Step
1Saute onions, garlic, and celery in dutch oven over medium heat 2-3 minutes.
2Add green beans, carrots, peas, corn and saute another 2-3 minutes.
3Drain garbanzo beans and rinse, then add to pot.
4Add tomatoes and chicken broth
5Add sea salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper to taste
6Cook on medium heat for about 45 minutes covered, stirring occationaly.
