mix all dry ingredients together. add in bananas, egg whites, vanilla, water, applesauce, flax seeds and pecans and beat gently until fully mixed. pour into medium muffin pan approxmiately 1/3-1/2 full. bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Makes 12.
