Saute onioin and garlic in oil until soft.

Add chiles to onion.

In a large stock pot. combine cumin, tomatoes, broth, sugar and chicken. Heat through.

Add onion mixture.

Add beans and corn. Simmer 30 min.

Add salsa before serving and cook 2 min.

Serve with cheese, sour cream and chips as garnish
