Season the stewwing beef with salt and pepper and brown in a pan.

Remove and saute in the same pan the onions and garlic till brown.

Add the tomatoes, wine and mustard, stirring and scraping the bottom of the pan

Add the beef broth and bring to a boil

pour all contents of the po and the browned stewed beef into a crockpot on low for 6-8hrs.

Put all contents into a food processor and blend it up.
Pour back into the pot and add a rue and thicken it up to your liking. Serve with pasta of your choice.
