Thin Crust Pizza

1Place warm water and salt in a medium mixing bowl. Add a cup of flour and the yeast and stir.
2Add remaining flour and knead into a sticky dough.
3Allow to rest, covered with a clean towel, for at least 10 minutes, but up to 30-45 minutes.
4Liberally butter a 16" round pizza pan, and then with clean buttery hands, spread dough thinly over the pan.

1Sprinkle toppings evenly over sauce. Bake pizza at 450-degrees for 10 minutes. Cut into 8 slices and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and mild banana peppers.
