1bring water, salt, and quinoa to a boil, then simmer for 15-20 minutes. Add ground flax seed after cooked. Can be used to make a hearty, healthy breakfast, by adding butter buds, mapleine, and splenda, various nuts and/or dried fruits. Or make savory, by adding, cooked mushrooms, boullion, garlic, butter buds, diced tomatos...a very versatile healthy meal.
