Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sprinkle layer of shredded cheese in bottom of 9 X 13 pan.

Using canned whole chilis (couldn''t find in ingredient list...) slice length wise and layer on top of cheese (uses about 3 whole chilis or so).

Beat eggs and cream, and pour over chilis

Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for half hour, or until done.
